Below are the individual products I received in my JULY Glam Bag:

This is a deluxe size sample of Avène Cleanance Gel.  The full size is 20.00.  I can not find it available for purchase in the size included.  I Love Avène products so I can not wait to try this.  It’s designed for breakout prone skin and has excellent reviews.

This is a deluxe size sample of Tarte Amazonian Clay Waterproof Bronzer.  The full size product is 30.00.   I could not find this for sale as a single but it is the size you receive when you get gift sets.  I already use this bronzer so I was happy to receive another for a travel/beach bag.  As you can see by my swatch the bronzer is barely detectible on my tanned arm.  This bronzer would be well suited for the fair to light skinned.  My face, b/c of sun protection, is always much lighter than the rest of me so it still works well to give me a matching glow.

Jelly Pong Pong 2-in-1 Shadow/liner in bronze This product is full size and retails for 16.00.  I feel like I have been receiving an awful lot of shadow sticks…and always bronze and I do not really like shadow sticks too much.  This is; however, more like an eyeliner.  It’s a little hard to blend but is darker and more pigmented than most of these bronze shadow type sticks.  I came up with a pretty nice, intense looking bronzy/brown smokey eye.  Added a little UD Urban Decay Shadow on top and it was a great evening look.

Be a Bombshell lip balm in French Kiss This product is full size and retails for 14.00.  Nothing truly stands out about this lip balm for me.  It’s nice.  I like the sleek little black tube.  It feels like your typical, moisturizing lip balm when applied.  One thing, that may be a perk for many, is that it has no detectible scent or taste.  The shade is a very light pink so it lightens my lips too much without looking like I put a color on them.  I think if it were just a bit more pink, it would be a win for me.  -Other shades are available.

Jor’el Parker Classico is an 8.8 ml rollerball retailing for 21.00.  I was not familiar with this brand and upon looking it up found that it is on the Harvey Prince brand site. (which I am only familiar with due to Birchbox)  I am not sure how the Jor’el Parker comes in to play b/c I noticed at the bottom of the description it states:  Also known as Harvey Prince: Sincerely.  Not too sure about the two names/brands one one site for the same fragrance..but either way:  It’s hard to review fragrance.  You either like it or you don’t and often the scent profile is helpful and other times a miss.  In reading the description it sounds like something I would like, even a lot.  I do not though.  I could not get it off quickly enough.  It is definitely not my cup of tea.  It reminded me of the ‘white shoulders’  my late grandmother always wore.  It’s a great purse size rollerball and in a pretty classic bottle so if you DO like the scent then it’s a great addition to the glam bag.

Thanks for checking out my review, as always; I hope you enjoyed it!  Thinking of joining? Become an Ipster today!

Until next time…
