Hi again!!!
It’s time to for another great box from Popsugar Must Have and I am here to review it!

About:
If you are new to the game POPSUGAR MH is a Monthly Lifestyle Subscription Box service delivered to your door for only 39.95 plus free shipping and is valued at over 100.00! *They also come out with many excellent 1 time purchase luxury limited edition boxes that are fab!
Each box contains the best in fashion, beauty, home, fitness, food, and more delivered straight to your door, a monthly delivery of fabulous surprises curated by POPSUGAR Editor in Chief Lisa Sugar. I, personally LOVE this subscription box. They don’t always hit it right on the mark each month, for everyone…but most of the time, for me; they do. I enjoy receiving such a wide variety of items in one subscription box and love the anticipation of such. I generally like and use all of the things I receive but in the event it doesn’t suit me it’s always something of quality that I can gift to another. They work with good, quality and many higher end brands and often include discount codes and gift cards to use toward future purchases. This subscription box, for me, is just really fun!
SURPRISE. LOVE. ENJOY

The Box:
The Goods:
The Honest Company Sea Salt + Sugar Body Scrub: (full size) $17.00
This scrub contains whole grain sugars and sea salts to exfoliate while shea butter and almond oils hydrate for softer, silkier skin. The scent of this scrub is Lavender Vanilla and it smells really nice. This was one of the two spoilers this month so I knew in advance I would be receiving it. While I wasn’t jumping up and down with excitement over a body scrub (I own so many) I like The honest company’s products and bought many a bundle; plus their adorable diapers when my youngest was a baby, So; I was anxious to give it a try. This is the type of scrub that has just the right amount of ‘scrub’ and leaves behind a nice oil film on the skin that seems to help it retain its moisture and left my skin super soft. I love these types of scrubs that do not leave my skin feeling too stripped following use. This turned out to be a really great product and one I will continue to use weekly.
Savvy Sleepers Luxury Satin Pillowcase: $36.00
This is the White Russian 100% Satin Pillowcase designed to prevent sleep wrinkles, reduce hair breakage, and protect salon blowouts for the ultimate sleep experience. I’ve heard recommendations for the use of silk pillow cases for those, like myself, who wake up with hair resembling Edward Scissorhands each morning and also the bit about skin wrinkles. I also fall in to the category of those who thought, in my very first year of marriage, that nothing would be more sexy and luxurious than a full set of satin sheets. They are pretty, they feel nice [at first] but over night it’s a lot like sleeping wrapped in Saran wrap (they do not breathe) haha! So: I’ve been skeptical of satin ever since. I tried my gorgeous pillow case last night, despite my fears, and turns out; it was delightful! 🙂 It’s nice and smooth, didn’t get too hot (I guess it helps when you are not wrapped in it) and my hair stayed smooth through the night (I tested it by doing my typical hair routine and straightening prior to bed) I was a bit bummed that the package only included a single pillowcase, not b/c my husband would ever think of sleeping on one; but because I am completely OCD and stressing about having one miss-matched pillow case. 🙂 This box did include a 20% off discount that can be used toward a second product though.

Why Not Me, Mindy Kaling: $25.00
This was the first spoiler for this month’s box so again, I knew i was getting it. I adore Mindy Kaling. I loved her on ‘The Office’ and I’m currently watching season 4 of the Mindy Project on Hulu so of course I was happy to be getting her book in this box. I’ve started the book already and it’s an easy read, full of the typical ‘Mindy’ ramblings, whit and humor. I particularly enjoyed her views on weddings and friendship 🙂 If you like Mindy Kaling you will likely enjoy her book.
Richer Poorer Hope Slipper Socks: $15.00
These socks were designed by Popsugar to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Richer Poorer proudly supports the fight against breast cancer and the important work of Right Action for Women. There is nothing too special about these socks.. they’re soft and comfy but I have many a pair, you can pick them up anywhere; BUT, these were created in support of breast cancer by companies that also support breast cancer and I’m all for that so I will wear them proudly. 🙂
Easy Tiger Brown Paper Bag Liquor Set: $8.00
These are pretty cute, fun, paper bags made to house bottles of wine and such. These could be pretty convenient for all of the upcoming holiday parties or to gift a bottle of something to someone…whenever.
Belgian Boys De Stroopwafel: $1.59
The food item. Always a new snack or treat to try with Popsugar! They sell these at a store near my house and my son loves them. I got the ‘prop’ bite and he snagged the rest… (of 2) 🙂
The Special Extras:
It’s a 10 Miracle Leave-in Product: $11.96
This is a multi-benefit leave-in that adds shine, stops frizz and detangles the hair. This product is pricier than it looks (packaging wise) for one of the full size bottles, but also worth said price. My husband bought me a couple different types of it some time ago and I assumed at first glance that it would not be anything special. It’s actually a really great product that I would definitely recommend. It really transforms the look of my hair and that is no easy task for my hair’s condition. It’s a 10 haircare is also a proud partner of Right Action For Women, helping provide advanced cancer screening to women.
Danielle Stevens Monogram Gift Card: $40.00
This brand/site sells a lot of jewelry but by the description it sounds as though you can only use this gift card for the Monogrammed portion of this shop. The prices start at around 50-55 dollars (for a key chain) The necklaces, rings and bracelets range from around $70-$135.00. I doubt I will use this gift card. I’m not really big into monogramming…but if you are $40.00 is not too shabby.
Verdict: This was a pretty good box for me. I got a good book to read which as an avid reader I’m always happy to receive. I love the scrub, will use it a lot and likely repurchase. The pillowcase, I’m glad to finally have and likely would have never thought of purchasing it my self…a snack, comfy socks, festive bags and some little extras. I do feel like this box was missing one spotlight item but I’m still happy with it.
Value: The total value of this box (not counting the $40.00 gift card) comes to $114.55, not too bad. Really looking forward to the holiday boxes and special editions!
November Spoiler: Popsugar just recently released a spoiler for their November Box. Each Box will include this Tarte Cosmetics Beauty & The Box Eye Shadow.
