Hey beauty fiends! I happened upon a really cool new product recently and had to share it with you! I can’t remember where it was I originally saw this product, possibly Urban Outfitters, but as I often do when I am interested in a product I search Amazon for it first before I purchase. I am not sure how many of you shop at Amazon or are Amazon Prime members like myself but it is totally worth it! The 1 and 2 day free shipping is so incredibly nice. Anyway the product at hand is a self tanner designed for the face and is by far the best facial tanning option I have found to date! Because we are beauty gurus whom are obviously taking care of our skin, I’m sure many of you have the same issue as I; my face is always shades lighter than the rest of me, especially come summer. While bronzers are a great fix for this, I spend a lot of time outside and generally do not want much on my face on hot days therefore; I want something to help tan my face without damaging and aging me any further. There are plenty of creams and lotions & even towelettes on the market but after spending an absurd amount of time each evening with my lotions & potions, the last thing I want to do is replace my final moisturizer with a pore clogging, smelly self tanning lotion. I’m way to worried about breaking out to do such madness. This product is a self tanning water and is described to work for oily and/or acne prone skin types. (as well as all others) the reviews I read were really good so I decided to give it a whirl!

This product looks and feels exactly like water with a slight rose/herbal scent. While $38.00 is in the higher range for self tanning products it takes very little of the product to ‘tan’ your face. The bottle is glass and has a special stopper in the lid allowing you to dispense just a drop at a time, and it only takes a few. Some say they apply the product with a sponge or cotton pad but I treat mine just as I do my SKII essence, as it is exactly like using that or similar products. I sprinkle a few drops in the palm of my hands and simply distribute it evenly over my face. Because it is a water it doesn’t disrupt my million step routine and I wake up with a natural looking glow that looks much closer to the rest of me. Because we scrub our faces clean self tanners do not hold as long as they do on our bodies so I usually use it a few nights in a row, skip one & so on. I’ve had no issues with break outs, dry outs and any after tan smell is slight if any. The product is so easy to use and works really well.
