Hey Beauties! My apologies as I am extremely behind on November’s blogging, and well, let’s face it, I probably will not get caught up this December either. 😦 I will do my best to catch up on November’s boxes, December’s, plus special additions, as well as plenty of the amazing new products I’ve been dying to share with you.
Today I’m reviewing a newer and brand new to me, Asian Beauty Subscription: W.I.N Beauty Kit.
(each sub comes in a collectable bag and while I have no shortage of these in my life, I’m hanging on to this one.) 😉
W.I.N (What Is Next) Beauty Kit is a monthly subscription, bringing you Asian beauty products for $14.00 per month. Each month you can expect to receive:
- 5-6 curated samples with at least one full-sized item
- A collectible bag
- Product descriptions and usage on a custom postcard
- Free shipping on all US orders (We are diligently working to expand our service internationally!)
Each kit will ship out during the 3rd week of every month, generally arriving in 2-4 days and billing for each month will occur on the 12th. This sub is currently only shipping to the US.
It appears at the time there is a waitlist, which you can access here.
The Bag:
The Goods:
A’Pieu Peach Hand Cream. Full Sized. Prices very quite a bit from place to place online, average $7.00
I already own this hand creme in the banana scent and like it. It’s an effective but lightweight hand creme and this version has a fresh peach scent.
Holika Holika Juicy Sheet Mask: 1 Sheet Mask $2.20
This mask is 1 in a series of sheet masks containing nutrient rich juice…or honey extracts that target various skin concerns. I’ve used several versions of these inexpensive masks and I always like them. These masks have a lot of the serum/essence, drenched really, they are soft enough, thin and fit well. This was the first time I had tried the honey version and it smells divine. My skin felt a bit more bouncy and calm, nothing drastic, but a nice nightly mask for most skin types.
Dr. G Super Aquasis Moisture Toner: Deluxe Sample. Full Size $27.75
I’ve had a couple small foil pack samples from this brand, a peel type product, I believe. Other than that the brand is new to me. While I do not think this deluxe sample has allowed me enough time to reap the full benefits of moisture retention or promoting skin circulation; I really liked it and I used every last drop. It’s scent is very light, nothing astringent. It’s on the thicker side of toning products, not a water light version but a slightly higher viscosity. I found it very soothing and calming for my skin. I really love layering on several of these ultra lightweight moisturizing products, they seem to help my dehydrated skin without the use of heavier moisturizers and creams that often clog my pores and break me out
Etude House Real Art No-Wash Cleansing Water: Deluxe Sample. Full Size $12.00
I also used every last drop of this product and I am really sad that it is gone…so, I shall find it and repurchase it. This stuff seemed to get my face totally clean and feel good afterward, because let’s face it, everyone has a night where they are just not feeling it, and over the Thanksgiving holiday, I had several! It seems to have a lot more going on with it, ingredient wise, than your typical micellar water cleanser too. It also makes a nice morning cleanser: swipe on with a cotton pad, no rinse. Quick. Easy. Gentle. Non-Drying. light Moisture. No residue.
Olivarrier Foil Sample Pack: 4 packets. Full Size products range from $18-$25.00
This quad included the dual moist toning lotion, dual moist toning cream, Emollient Extra Comfort Cream & the Gentle Seed Polishing Mask. It’s hard to tell a whole lot from these little samples and I have not tried the creams; but, the toning lotion is along the lines of the lightweight moisture I like and the seed polishing mask was interesting and unique. It is made from amazonian white mud with cranberry seeds for gentle exfoliation and is designed to help with elasticity and moisture. This is a newer brand whose aim is to help protect the skin’s barrier using ingredients with a low pH, (5.5) hypoallergenic, chemical and preservative free…and I like it so far.
And that’s a wrap. My first month with W.I.N Beauty kit didn’t blow my mind but I plan to stick with it a while and see how I feel about it after a couple more months. It’s not a high value beauty sub, this one is worth maybe a bit more than the cost…but if you consider not having to purchase everything from different sites and no added shipping, it’s not bad and it’s always nice being introduced to new items with instructions and detailed product info included for you. Thoughts?

I loved it, Rossy. I like it more than any of the micellar waters I’ve tried. It’s pretty inexpensive too.
