Tarte Frxxxtion Stick: Travel Size/Mini Full Size $22.00
This is a twist-up, exfoliating, gel cleansing stick. You simply twist up and swipe directly on to skin, massage in to a lather and rinse. I bought this right when it launched and I love it. (I reviewed it too.) I have a few minis from little sets as well. I love it for short trip s & travel too, it’s uber portable. A travel sized pack of cleansing cloths plus this mini and you have all the cleansing you need, it’s like a mini facial. In fact, I originally purchased this because I was going on vacation. I still use the fun little stick now, but instead use it once or twice a week as an exfoliating mask, leaving it on for about 10 minutes. Love it.
It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC+ in medium: Travel Mini $15.00 (Full Size $38.00)
This is a highly pigmented, Full Coverage CC Cream designed to conceal imperfections and even out skin tone without creasing or settling in to fine lines. This is meant to be kind of a skincare/makeup hybrid, which is a common factor in It Cosmetics products. I personally, love the brand, but I do not love all of the products. However; the products I do love, are fabulous, can’t live without products. I own this product already as well and while it does as it claims for the most part, it makes me look/feel kind of greasy, which honestly seems to be an issue with nearly all bb/cc cream type products I try. Those with dry/normal complexions would likely be better suited to this product.
Clinique Almost Lipstick in Black Honey: Full Size? $17.00
This definitely isn’t your standard deluxe mini lip product, but I am not certain if it is the full size, as the writing on the bottom label was far too small for me to read. Either way, it is nice sized. This sheer but build-able lip color glides on like a gloss with a very lightweight feel. The shade, black honey, is a cult hue from Clinique, dating back to 1971. Designed to look good on any skin tone, this blackened raisin hue can be worn super sheer or deepened depending on your preference. I like lip products like this and I dig the shade. This makes for a good ‘keep in your bag’ lip product.

Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream: Deluxe Mini. Full Size $60.00
This is a vintage-inspired, deeply moisturizing face cream designed to visibly firm and brighten skin with its rich, whipped formula. I was glad this product was included this month as it is the only Drunk Elephant product I’ve not tried (aside from the brand new baby facial….’want’!) I’d not purchased this prior b/c I though it may be too heavy for my skin, which seems to be prone to pore clogging and breakouts these days 😦 The texture of this product is really nice, the whipped feel is light but rich and super smooth. This, as with all DE products, is free of all colorants, fragrance and essential oils, in order to work with all skin types. It does feel lighter on than I expected but I’ve been using it very lightly on my face and using it on my neck. It’s a nice product but I’ve not noticed anything that makes me want to run out and buy it. Maybe if I could commit a month or two to using DE products exclusively, like they recommend, I might notice more of the benefits from the brand products, but I can’t seem to let go of some of the products I know work for me…
Ouai Treatment Mask: Deluxe Mini. Full Size $32.00
My hair is lightened and has been for about 20 years. It’s thicker, wavy and dry, so leave in treatments, hair masks, oils, they are needed to keep my hair looking soft, smooth and less dry. I have a couple of products I love and use regularly and when it comes to hair, I generally stick with what works. I used the entire bottle of this on my hair, which wasn’t all that much product, the tube is good sized, but it was not very full. I focused mainly on my ends and worked it through, left it on for about 10 minutes and rinsed. The smell was rose-y, nice enough, and the mask consistency was thinner than I expected, more like a thick gel serum. It helped some, especially on the ends of my hair that I concentrated on, but nothing really transforming. I can get similar results adding some extra oil to my ends, and using my leave in product…but not having to stand in the shower an extra 10 minutes.
Tory Burch Love Relentlessly: Sample Vial
I feel the same about this Tory Burch Scent as with the others I’ve sampled. It’s nice enough, feminine, floral…and boring. The, ‘I know I’ve smelled this before’ type. Pretty scent, not my scent.
