Hey beauties! I have for you February’s W.I.N (What Is Next) Beauty kit. This month’s was a late arrival, I believe due to some overseas suppliers, and the Lunar New Year; but I finally received it, 1st of March and had some time to try the products inside. The bag is again, really cute; fun, with a little strap like a wristlet and the same somewhat oversized style. I often condense and rid myself of many of my ipsy bags, that I do not end up using and sometimes use the Sephora bags to house gifts for others, but these bags I’ve mostly put to use as they hold a lot more. I’ve personally been having fun with this Asian Beauty sub, so check it out and see what you think!
Fun!

The Bag:
The Goods:
Secret Key Coconut Oil Never Dry Lip Balm: $6.41
I expected this to smell like ‘coconut’ and I am glad it did not, while I love coconut in its natural state, I loathe the scent of strong synthetic coconut. This has little to no scent. This is a bit hard to dispense and when you do it’s similar to a tube of the classic vaseline lip treatment, but when it hits your lips you can quickly detect the melt point you get from natural coconut oil. It doesn’t last on my lips too long, just as it does not if I simply apply pure coconut oil to my lips, but my lips need more than just some added moisture. It’s a nice enough product and I have been keeping it on my nightstand as it’s best suited applied before sleeping where it will have a greater chance at soaking in to my lips.
Welcos Aloe Vera Moisture Real Soothing Gel Mist: $9.00
I have a lot of Aloe Vera Gels, I even have this brand’s version, but this is the first spritz version I have received and it is really nice. It’s been great for spritzing on my skin, (face and body) when in need of calming, which is most of the time. It has a light, fresh scent and feels light and cool on my skin. It works great any time my skin feels dry, tight, itchy or appears red; whether I’ve just washed my face or midway through the day while wearing makeup. I’m going to use this up quickly. Any product I can mist on for moisture (that is compatible with my skin) I can’t get enough of, and you can’t go wrong with Aloe, nature’s healer.
Too Cool for School Pumpkin Sleeping Pack: (2) 1 time use packets. Full size $13.73
This is a product I’d planned to pick up at some point and never got around to it. I’m glad I received a couple sample packs so I could finally try it out. This sleeping pack, designed to be applied to your face as a final step, just prior to bed contains pumpkin extract and Bromelain to exfoliate, licorice root oil to soothe inflammation and hyaluronic acid to moisturize and protect skin while you sleep. The mask feels like a thick gel cream and smells fresh and natural. It felt really great on and the condition of my skin was greatly improved come morning. The new flakiness which was just beginning to appear was no longer come morning and fine lines around my mouth that appear greater when my skin is dry and dehydrated were considerably plumped up by morning. I used the goodal mask below for my initial masking session on the same evening. The two products really helped banish the sudden dry and flaky condition my skin had taken
goodal Water Full Sheet Mask: $2.50
This goodal sheet masks contains Salicornia Erbacea and other mineral rich deep ocean water extracts with antioxidant properties. I liked the fit of this mask. It was of the transparent and ultra thin type that adhere very well to skin. The mask did not have the significant gaps around the mouth and nose area, that annoy me. It was totally saturated and still pretty damp when I removed it 15-20minutes later; I could have left it on longer. I had quite a bit of the essence to pat in to my skin once removed which dried only the slightest bit tacky and eventually absorbed completely. I’d have felt good about using this mask during the day and prior to makeup application. My skin was very dehydrated and getting flaky patches, which were improved once removed. It seemed to lend a fair amount of moisture.
La’dor perfect fill up hair ampoule: $1.99
This ampoule is designed to be mixed with equal parts water until becoming rich and creamy, then applied to hair for 20-30 minutes. It is designed to help repair dry and damaged hair with Keratin to strengthen, silk to moisturize and collagen to soften. I have not had a chance to try this product yet but; I have tried several La’dor hair products and been pleased with their results. I’ll get around to this one soon, and I will update.
There you have it! What do you think of Win?
